Item itself was fine when it eventually arrive. Customer service and communication was appalling.

The product looks excellent, I’m looking to use it in an amphibian tank so I now need to work out if it works for me, but I can see in an aquarium it would be great, expensive addition but far superior to some of the cheaper products.
