Ordering process was very smooth and I was kept informed of delivery The initial delivery was rerouted to another company however the background was damaged on arrival. despite it being really well packaged Fortunately I was able to cut the broken bit off when I cut it to size The company were genuinely concerned about this and asked if I was OK retaining my order
